This was a lovely sorbet and champagne cocktail to photograph and to drink. The coupe is from Crate and Barrell.
Only two ingredients, so simple and classically pretty.

This simple and elegant drink is very refreshing. Our recipe is inspired by the lovely and unforgettable Cafe Tomaselli in Sazlburg, Austria.
Ingredients
1 scoop of Talenti Strawberry Hibiscus or Roman Rasberry Sorbetto
1 dropper Lilleth and Co. Hibiscus Elixir
Champagne or Prosecco (We like Scholoss Bierbrich from Trader Joe’s)
Instructions
Add a scoop of Sorbetto to a beautiful martini or Champagne coupe.
Drench in Champagne or Prosecco.
