Blackberry Hibiscus Champagne Fizz

Ingredients

Units Scale

1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1 leaf fresh mint

Juice from 1/2 lime

1 1/2 oz Hibiscus infused Rum

1 dropper Lilleth and Co Hibiscus Elixir

Champagne for the top

Blackberries and mint for garnish


Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries, mint and lime juice

Add the vodka

Fill with ice and shake

Strain into your favorite champagne or couple glass

Add the Hibiscus elixir

Top with champagne

Garnish with blueberries and mint
